How to get CSCCMD version 1.1?

Postby Jonathan » Thu Aug 18, 2005 6:25 am

Hi All,

I'm trying to locate a copy of csccmd version 1.1. According to KB 884739 it
is available only from Product Support. But, the file doesn't show up in the
customer service database. So I was told that I'd have to pay to get to a
support engineer who could find the file. I spoke with someone in the server
group as well as the Windows XP group.

Any help would be appreciated!

You should not have to pay for this update.

Please give me the name / number of the product support people you talked
to - I want to find out why PSS is having such a hard time finding /
distributing this file.

If you send me your email I'll mail it to you directly.

Hi Tom,

Could you please email the program to me directly? Please change the
extension to .ex_, or zip it up.

Unfortunately, I made the call a while ago and don't remember who I spoke
with. The person searched through a database after I gave her the KB number
and could not find the file.

I am also in need of this version of the file.
Could you email it to billdo(at)berger-transfer.com?
