PCI V2.3 compatibility

I designed a PCI card that works many years on all PC's on PCI BUS
V2.2.
Now I get a MB with PCI BUS V2.3, it didn't work, when I get to debug I
see the problem is: I have no CK at pin B16 !
Is a change in specs that closes the CK for the card until... (I don't
know)
No bus can operate without clock.
Can someone point me to an explanation, a V2.2 vs V2.3 differences, or
V2.3 book or spec.
Note: the card is for my use. Not with a comertial value, I can't buy a
card that do the job except mine.
