Can someone tell me why the "Disable volume shadow copy" is greyed out? I
would like to enable the "Disable volume shadow copy" to skip some opened
files when doing back up, but I can't. I tried to do it manually and using
wizard but neither one can let me check the box "Disable volume shadow copy".
Would anyone please help me out on this?
