What is the best way to archive all of the data on a Snap Appliance
4500?
Management wants a copy of all data off-site before writing more files.
We have 350GB of data at this time and ~24 hours (Saturday night to
Sunday night) to transfer it to removable media. They don't want us to
use tapes.
Some ideas:
DVD -too slow would take more time than is available
IDE on USB2 on Microsoft SB2K server
tapes -too unreliable (at least so far we have about one failure/week) |
