Does any one know of any published information that documents the
latency of remote memory access when using the Horus chip set to
build 16/32 way opteron systems?

If it isn't on the company web site or in the published papers then you

are SOL.

This is the NewIsys chip, right?

Yes HORUS is the Newisys chipset. Nobody has latency numbers right now
because nobody has final silicon AFAIK.
