Does anyone recommend having sun and windows sharing a pair of same brocade
switches? Is there any risks involved in doing this? What can be the possible
risks and point of failure?

Thanks very much in advance

It shouldn't matter if Sun and Microsoft share the same Brocade Switch.
Vendors such as Dell even support having multiple vendors in the same
fabric.
