I have a DELL 1600SC, SCSI, 4CPU, 2x80G EIDE drives.
When I installed server 2003, I started getting NTFS index invalid
messages about 3 times a week. Running a chkdsk /f fixes
the problem. I replaced the cables, bought a new drive,
but still the problem persists. It used to have win2000 adv srv
on it without the problem.
I went back to win2000 and everything was fine again.
Went back to win2003 and the problem is back.
Does anyone know of any issues with drivers that may
cause this problem.
