What could be causing the active window that I'm working in to keep
refreshing? I was renaming files & got half way down then it jump to the top.
It does the same thing when I'm going through my mp3's. It sometimes will do
it 3 or 4 times in a minute.... very frustrating. Help please! Thnx

Various explorer plug-ins (3rd party) can cause this. You might want to run
a spyware scan.
