Why don't you just ask Google for "Hobbit CRISP Processor by AT&T"?

That's certainly a good place to *start*... although search terms like

"AT&T" Hobbit microprocessor

will probably do better.

Actually, the AT&T 90210 is a commercial implementation of what was
formerly called the CRISP.

I see it referred to on a page about "Great Microprocessors of the Past
and Present", which had a *link* to a page about the Hobbit... but that
page,

http://mes.loyola.edu/faculty/phs_eg769/hobbit.htm

is apparently down.

There is the following article by AT&T Bell Labs, published in 1993:
(requires IEEE membership or $35 fee to access the article)

"Hobbit: a high-performance, low-power microprocessor"
http://intl.ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/abs_free.jsp?arNumber=289642
